Absolutely overpriced, food is OK, service is borderline scammy.
There were only 2 staff members in the store when we visited. They were both very friendly and polite despite 1 not being fluent in English.
However, they failed to mention to us that the 2 cheapest beef options (which we wanted to pick) and the set option with desserts were sold out, and instead offered us free drinks because they "will be keep us waiting for a while" as they prepared desserts for another 2 guests. We were only informed of the menu change after we started consuming the free drinks, so it would be difficult and impolite for us to leave. The staff were polite and professional throughout the whole service, but the practice of keeping customers in the dark until it's too late felt scammy and insincere.
All 3 of us ended up choosing the "special rare cuts" option (~¥10230, 110g) plus set A (¥900, with rice, salad, and soup). The meat was tender and not overly greasy, with mild umami flavor. There were also some vegetables as sides (onions, peppers, etc), they were well cooked but the portion was a bit small. The meat portion was on point and we were about 80% full after the meal. Service was quick because the we were the only group in the restaurant. Food was good but not worth the price. You will mostly be paying for service and the furnishing/environment.
The shop is small with less than 10 seats. Chef will be cooking on the hot plate in front of you. It was very quiet when we visited as we were the only group.
Overall, you will get a comfortable experience in a nice, quiet environment. The food will be satisfactory albeit overpriced. You should ask whether your desired menu option is available before you enter to avoid having a similar experience as we did. (You can find the menu on tabelog)
