My parents and I had Kobe beef on our list of things to do, and it’s actually overwhelming all of the dining options available! This restaurant had easy online reservations and loved the teppanyaki style so we decided to have lunch there. We got three different cuts. The experience was wonderful. Chef Saira Jutt showed us the different cuts and we got to take pictures. She would cook some of the meat at a time and give recommendations on what to eat it with. Then she would alternate between cooking vegetables and serving those as well as more steak. She made a delicious bean sprout stir fry with the leftover fat from the steak. It was a highlight of our trip in Kobe. Shoutout to Chef Saira for her amazing skills and lovely conversation. Worth the price!
