Went here to try some of the well renowned Kobe Beef, and was met with some of the most miserable waiters I've come across. The Chefs had to clear the tables and show the menu's to yourselves. From the first moment I entered they made you feel like you were an inconvenience to their day, really took away from the enjoyment of trying the food I travelled just to Kobe for.
As for the food, the Chef did their best to give me a nice service, but in complete honesty, the food was mediocre at best. Too much oil used so felt more of a fry up rather than tasting any of the meat. I asked for medium rare, but in between them trying to cover for the lazy waiters, it ended up becoming mostly well done.
I saw the amazing reviews and hoped to have an amazing experience, but left with a poor taste and a hefty bill. Would not recommend to any solo travellers
