My first kobe beef experience, and for that it was perfect. I got an explanation and recommendations. They are open for not taking items from the set menu, I concentrated on the meat with veggies and the salad. The meat was cooked to a perfect medium rare. The chef served it slice by slice, comfortable to try the miriad of condiments like soy sauce, wasaby, miso, etc. Would recommend, and if I'm fortunate ebough to visit Kobe again, will return!
