i came here for dinner and had such a great time! all the staff were super kind, and meeting chef hayashi was the highlight of the night 😊 even if you don’t speak japanese, don’t worry—he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand
the food was amazing 😍 from the veggies to the meat, everything was cooked perfectly
the kobe beef literally melts in your mouth—it was unforgettable ❤️🔥i left so satisfied with the whole experience at amami, and i really hope i get to see chef hayashi again on my next visit
