Very good meal overall, service was great! Not too chatty and the explanations were concise. We had a delicious meal and even some recommendations for the pairing of sauces with the meat from chef Ichii.
Given the summer heat, the dessert was a nice touch, mixing flavours of yuzu and pineapple to finish the meal.
