We had an incredible dining experience at Kobe Beef Amami! The beef was absolutely outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What truly made the day memorable was our chef, Kohama. He was not only a master at his craft but also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. One of our friends is vegetarian, and Chef Kohama went out of his way to ensure she had a delicious and satisfying meal as well.
