Naoto Kohama prepared my meal and did a great job of walking me through trying the various options. He was quite patient with my limited grasp of Japanese. The food and sake were delicious! Ended up going back with a friend, quality was still excellent. Sunil cooked for us this time and the set we got was excellent!
