Amazing experience at Amami. We were going for a late lunch and was turned down by another restaurant but Amami let us in at around 3pm. We were greeted by Chef Kohama. He gave us a memorable experience. Most importantly which seasoning to pair with the beef. Definitely recommend this experience. Got 2 different cuts of meat, and combo A. The salad was very tasty. The steaks were incredible, and the miso soup made out of beef stock was good too.
