She cooked the meat perfectly and the meat was the most tender beef I’ve had. Although they were premium Kobe beef, they did not taste oily at all. The texture was very even. We got the four different cuts of the premium Kobe beef at 110g each. We also got the beef nigiri and two drinks. Was it worth $900 USD?
