Is a wonderful person to share the information about every item we were eating she walked through the way it should be prepared all the way from the wasabi to the lemon vinegar. Unreal. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone to enjoy the Kobe beef incredible major kudos to this restaurant, and especially the chef if I lived here, I would go there every night every night.
