I came into this place during lunch time after my business meeting. A quick reservation and I was promptly sat within 3 minutes of arrival.
Chef Tsutomu Ina talked me through the course and was very kind to recommend different combination of sauces to fully bring out the taste of the meat cut. He spoke pretty decent English so don’t worry about not speaking japanese well!
The meal was stellar in a clean tidy environment with relaxing music.
The cost is expected for highest quality kobe beef but much more cost efficient than lots of tourist trap restaurants.
I will definitely bring my business meeting here next time!
