You will feel warm hospitality once you enter the door, and then they'll ask where you're from, and they will try to greet you in your own language. They do recommendations with the menu, and they actively ask you if you would like to take pictures of the food and the award. The food is tasty and they suggest which sauce and spice combination you should go for each part of the beef. If you're not an introvert, feel free to chat with the chef/staff if you guys don't have a big language barrier. Most of them speak basic simple English so it is fine. The kind and nice chef that served me was Ina San, and I also had a nice chat (in English) with Saira. The place to eat Kobe Beef in Kobe.
