Main Dotonbori street was packed by 11:20 so I walked into one of the side streets looking for anything really. I didn't even bother checking google reviews, but I can see why it's rated so high.
Two women run this little place and are the absolute sweetest. I was the only patron on a Friday. The food was divine! It came with a light salad appetizer and a soup that was amazing on a chilly day. The Kobe beef garlic rice was so good, I still think about it and it was very affordable. I'd come back if I was still in Osaka.
