Some of the best meat I’ve ever eaten, absolutely incredible! The Kobe beef was unbelievably tender and genuinely melted in your mouth. The Kobe beef sushi was a standout; so delicate and tender, especially with just a little bit of wasabi. The kobe and rice bento box was fantastic too. The tender bites of kobe meat mixed with the rich egg yolk accompanied by the rice complemented eachother perfectly.
The atmosphere really adds to the experience. It has that authentic, intimate small-shop feel that makes dining in Japan so special, and the interesting combination of jazz and funk music they play somehow creates such a fun, relaxed vibe.
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and an experience I’ll definitely remember. If you want to try truly incredible Kobe beef, this place is absolutely worth a visit!
