The owner was very helpful and extremely nice. He spoke english very well and was more than happy to help me with my japanese. You are allowed to order as you're passing by but he made sure that we were being attended and that we were comfortable. The crab was very filling and very affordable. We received our food pretty quick and also tried some of the beef which was so so delicious. Some of the other meat is on the pricier side but there are still affordable meat on the menu and the service just makes the experience that much better. Definitely a hole in the wall you don't want to miss. We saw some customers come in who changed their mind and he was still so helpful and respectful to them. Lovely place with the best service.
