On my 6th trip to Japan, I’ve noticed how consumerism has crept into Osaka’s hospitality scene, with service standards not quite what they used to be. But Kobe Beef Daigo was a refreshing exception — hands down the best service we experienced during our two-week stay.
The Kobe beef was outstanding, prepared by an incredible woman chef who not only cooked it perfectly but also educated us on its origins and the best ways to enjoy it — including trying different wasabi pairings. The team was genuinely warm, took our photo with care, and made us feel truly appreciated. A rare and memorable experience in the heart of Osaka.
