Yamada was an amazing chef and gave instructions on different ways to enjoy this meal. This was a top tier experience with the best cut of meat I think i’ve ever tasted. Compared to other places that serve Kobe beef I am confident we didn’t get overcharged although it is still expensive you pay for the highest quality you can get!
