Today we had an amazing lunch, without doubt the best beef we’ve ever had! Our chef Sasabe asked how we preferred the meat cooked, our preference was medium-rare, and we’re pleased that he cooked it to perfection. The side dishes we chose were also extremely tasty, along with the sake and beers. Also, I’d like to thank the waitresses Rin Asai and Rio Fujiwara for their delightful help. They were extremely friendly and helped us through our time in the restaurant; they made this a lovely experience from start to finish.
