We tried Kobe Beef today for the first time ever. We were lucky that we got a table even without reservation. The staff explained everything in English to us and we had one chef (Chiharu) that was assigned to us. The whole meal was prepared and cooked live, in front of us. The chef explained everything to us and we had a really great conversation. The meal was amazing , the beef was cooked just perfect and the way eating was explained in a detailed matter. But most of all I have to thank our chef Chiharu and the waitress Rio. Chiharu is not only truly experienced but also a great and lovely person! We had such a wonderful conversation which gave the whole eating experience a world new level.
I hope I can come back to this great restaurant and experience the Kobe beef again .
