Two of us walked in around lunch time. It was a quiet time and we were shown straight to the seats. We didn't have a reservation though. The waitresses and the chef communicated well. They guided us not to order too much. The meat was great especially after two giant bottles of sake. The side dishes were good. Guidance around tasting the meat in a particular order gave us a great way to enjoy the buttery soft meat with different added flavours. It was an expensive affair but once in a lifetime experience. I wish they served a couple of more slices of potatoes and some more grilled veggies which would have made the meal more complete.
