If you’re in Kobe, trying authentic Kobe beef is a must and this place did not disappoint! The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender, incredibly juicy, and full of flavor. Cooked perfectly right in front of us, each bite was buttery and rich without being overpowering. Our Chef Shiota was attentive and he explained everything, which made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a bit of a splurge, but 100% worth it. One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Japan!
