Our single chef was serving 3 different groups totalling 18 persons on the second floor, while 4 chefs were serving 3 persons per chef and grill on the first floor. During ordering he made faces that made us feel uncomfortable. We don't know if it's because of the food we ordered. The entire time he was in such a rush because he needed to cook so much stuff and serve so many people. Food was thrown haphazardly from the grill to plates causing him to miss peoples' plates. We weren't able to distinguish the different grades of meats because he just put them all in our plate all at once. Rice was served in the end instead of before the meat. It took so long that many already finished their meats before the rice arrived. Some waited for the rice so their meats went cold. Since he can't focus on one set of customers, meats of the other customers were overcooked. Overall, it wasn't a special experience, it was not refined, it felt pedestrian and lacked passion and finesse we expected with such a precious and expensive meal. The chef was also our cashier and he wasn't friendly at all during the payment process, maybe because he thought that his performance is over
