ホンモノの神戸ビーフなので美味しくないわけはありません。特上赤身を80gだけ注文。どんな味なのかお試ししたくて。お値段は3500円。ちっちゃい赤身でこのお値段。他のサーロインなどは目玉が飛び出ちゃうくらいのお値段! 焼いてくれたのはお年を召した男性シェフの方。無言で手早く丁寧に焼いてくださいました。とても満足出来ましたが、店長クラスの方なのか、他のお客さんが大人数で入ってきてからはそちらばかり気にされていて、なんだか落ち着かなかったです。とりあえず目の前の肉とお客に集中して欲しいな。 (Translated by Google) It's genuine Kobe beef, so there's no way it wouldn't be delicious.
