Yamada was a truly wonderful chef and prepared our Kobe beef to perfection. My plate is empty after a once in a lifetime experience and I’m so pleased that we came upon this authentic restaurant. The best part was that we ate relatively early, so the establishment was empty, adding to the ambiance of this wonderful experience. Thank you once again Yamada. 🙏🏼 😊
