Apart from the beef portions and size, you don't get much of a day with how you want to eat it. Kinda like omakase. Best is to get medium raw because it is the juiciest. The chef will teach you which combination of sauces to try. My favourite was wasabi and soy sauce with the sirloin.
My brother and I ordered sirloin and red meat while the chef cooked and played, we ate. It is important to know that if you want quality food, you shouldn't be cheap. Red meat is nowhere close to sirloin despite the chef's skills. Also, if you're ordering expensive meat, get the professionals to cook it. Unless you're a master chef, it's always better that way.
Prices are not inclusive of tax. They accept card payment too and speak English a little. Many foreign guests there but not all of them are great customers. The chefs are amazing and the food is great. Take care not to touch the grill even if it isn't cooking because it is always on. My brother learned that the hard way. Also, they usually serve water so you need not get drinks if you don't want to.
It is best to eat in. Lunch is more affordable and dinner is pricier.
