I made a reservation for 5:30 PM on a Tuesday. Arrived early and was seated before 5:30 PM, no one else was in the restaurant. My husband and I both got the tender Kobe beef 120 grams with set meal. They offered to take a picture for us together with the platter before cooking it. We were served the salad first - the dressing was a sesame ponzu base (strong flavour), it was topped with some shirataki noodles that made for great texture - it was delightful. Shin did a great job cooking for us. The Kobe beef bowl was a bit salty for me as the meat was salted and there was soy sauce in the rice. Overall, great experience. We received a little certification card for experiencing kissho-kichi's AT rank Kobe beef steak which was cute.
