I came specifically to Kobe to try the beef but I never imagined it would be this good. It practically melts in your mouth. It’s served with soy sauce, salt, and wasabi and there’s many ways to mix and match for such different flavors.
On top of it all, our Chef, Maeda, was very friendly and made the experience so much better. He had us pose and say Kobe Beef while he took my photo. Amazing service!
