The steak quality was amazing! We tried the top 3 cuts: prime Sirloin, prime Chateaubriand, rare part. The sirloin was juicy and tender. It was the fattiest cut in my opinion, but it wasn’t too overwhelming. The prime chateaubriand was so soft and tender. This was the most balanced cut. The rare part was a bit more chewy. It was the closest to a regular good steak. We also opted for the garlic rice which was delicious and had bits of steak fat tossed in it. Between each steak there were grilled veggies included, but nothing unique. Overall, the meal was amazing! Our chef Shin was great! He tried his best to communicate with us in English and used his phone to translate if needed. I would recommend going during lunch like we did since it also includes rice, salad, and soup. It was also not that busy which was great.
