This was a great experience. Obviously, it’s not cheap, but getting to watch the preparation of this amazing steak, and then enjoy every bite of it, was fantastic. I think what gets passed off as “wagyu” in North America… doesn’t even come close, you should come here to try the real thing if you can. Many thanks to Yamada, you did a great job with my steak!
