We were in Japan for over two weeks and had many amazing meals. The quality of the meat here almost made me cry tears of joy. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures of the food after it was cooked because it smelled so good cooking I could not wait to eat it and once I had it was so good I could not do anything more than savor and eat more. We got the first three meats on the menu with the A set and split it between 3 people.
The staff was really nice and accommodating of our language barrier and our Chef Yamada was very skilled.
I wish Kobe beef in the US was taken as seriously as they do here. Whatever they call Kobe beef in the US is like MacDonalds meat compared to this.
