神戸旅行の最初のランチとして家族で伺いましたが、とても良かったです。
特に担当の平岡様、電話で予約したときもどうも同じ方だったようで実はその時の対応があまりにも良かったので、今回ここに決めたようなものでした。
店内での接客、調理、サービスも神戸牛同様に一級品のサービスでした。ありがとうございました。
マイナス点として事前に聞いてなかった1人ワンドリンク制。
あと注文を取りに来られた平岡様ではない、別の男性の店員さんの件。
我々が一通り注文をお願いしてから、それならばこちらのほうが?とか、違うものを頼んでみなさまでシェアすれば?とか…高いお肉をあの手この手ですすめてきました。それが非常に残念でした。あまり上手いトークでもなく下心が見え見えでかなりしつこかったです。それがお店の方針だとすれば嫌ですし、あの店員さんだけの対応だと信じたいですが…
