We were lucky to visit and be hosted by chef Shiota! Shiota is so welcoming and friendly, and the Kobe beef was incredible! It was cooked to perfection, and we ate with recommendations on tasty combinations with wasabi, salt, garlic and other sides. Definitely come and visit!
