Saira did a wonderful job presenting and explaining the dishes and the different ways to taste the Kobe beef. She explained the sauces and the order in which you use them. She prepared the meat to our expectations. The number one chef and we also talked about our cultures. Being from California it was great having an English speaking chef. Located in Chinatown, Kobe, Japan…..a must stop for a wonderful meal. The staff was just as welcoming and helpful.
