We visited the restaurant in October 2025. The kobe beef was tender and juicy. As a person who loves the cooking level medium-well most of the time, I risked it this time and order medium-rare Kobe beef. I wish I had ordered rare as the meat is cooked in small pieces and the cooking level did not bother me at all. This was overall a perfect first time experience in Kobe and I would like to thank our Chef Nishigami for this experience.
