A truly memorable dining experience, thanks to Chef Sita!
We had the pleasure of enjoying the A5 rank Kobe beef steak at Kissho-Kichi, and it was absolutely exceptional—thanks to Chef Sita. Not only was the meal cooked to perfection, but Chef Sita’s warmth and friendliness truly elevated the entire experience. She personally checked in on us after serving, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
What stood out to us was how she thoughtfully served our beef bit by bit, never rushing us, allowing us to fully savour each bite. It showed her attention to detail and respect for the dining experience.
Her professionalism and skill in preparing such a high-quality dish were impressive. Though she is from Nepal, her mastery of Japanese culinary techniques was evident. We were thoroughly impressed by both the flavor and presentation of the meal.
