Good food and fun experience. However, the service was little disrespectful which made me quite disappointed. I prefer speaking English and I’ve been talking with a waitress in English. After I asked about takeout, the waitress was trying to help me. But a waiter suddenly interrupted her and showed me google translate, which translated into Chinese saying that food was not allowed to be taken out. I mean it was fine I can read a bit Chinese but still this was quite rude, especially with knowing that we are from Canada and we prefer English. They also chat beside us in Japanese…and we could actually understand a bit of that, which was quite embarrassing.

The best teppanyaki experience and beef I ever have in my life. We booked through google and we been served immediately when we arrived. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful, also giving us some tips and recommendations. The chef also professionally explained every ingredients they are serving. Thank you so much, Ms. HIRAOKA, for preparing such a delicious meal for us! And help us exploring different way to enjoy Kobe beef! The beef just melt in your mouth and the taste is so good that doesn’t need any extra sauce or seasoning. But with Ms. HIRAOKA recommended way of eating with a bit wasabi and sauces, it took the beef to the next level. I will highly recommend everyone order the set menu with garlic rice! The fresh fried garlic rice is full of aromatic and delicious! The fresh raw egg rice is also very tasty. Their salad sauces are also very refreshing. Will definitely come again when we visit Kobe!
