We did a day trip to Kobe and knew we had to have Kobe beef! We were walking around during the afternoon and saw the sign up for this restaurant and decided to go in for lunch. We were greeted immediately and given the menu to choose from (depending on how many grams you wanted) and went with the recommended option. The chef came out with the beef and certified Kobe beef seal and award to make sure we knew they were legit! We also added the beef sushi to our course. This meal did not disappoint and Kobe beef definitely lives up to the hype. It was cooked perfectly and just melted in our mouths. I was even able to practice some Japanese with the chef. Such a delicious meal and great experience!
