三宮センタープラザB1階に吉祥吉グループの新たなラーメン業態として1年前にオープンした『神戸牛らーめん かけはし』さん。
3人で行ってこちらの3種類をオーダー。

どうやらメニューがリニューアルしたようですね。

ゲンコツから丁寧に取った白濁したスープは程よく濃厚やけどスッキリとした飲み口。
DXにしたので花びらのように広がる神戸牛のチャーシューが圧巻！
神戸牛焦がし煮干し醤油ラーメン
こちらはDXにしてませんがチャーシューは2枚入ってましたよー
ラーメンには3連小鉢も付いてきて
神戸牛しぐれ煮や半玉など豪華ですね。
なかなか煮干しも効いてて醤油感も結構好みやったから白湯も旨かったけどこっちの方が好みやったかも♪

専門店にも負けないくらいのクオリティでサラダや白湯スープも付いてくるのでお得感もありますね

The ramen also comes with three small bowls.
The Kobe beef shigureni and half balls are gorgeous.
The dried sardines were quite effective and I liked the soy sauce taste quite a bit, so the hot water was good too, but I think I liked this one better.
