日曜日の12時の到着で先客は店内に1名。お好きなところにどうぞって言われたので2名でしたが一番ゆったりと座れる4人席に座らせていただきました。
こちらのお店は神戸牛で有名な吉祥吉さんの運営ですので、メニューには神戸牛のシャトーブリアンも掲載されていますが一生縁が無い価格です。それを脇目にラーメン単品を口頭で注文です。
しばらくして到着したのは写真の「神戸牛ラーメン【塩白湯】」1,100円税込
白いスープに大きな海苔と味玉半分、おネギと「ぼっかけ」が載っています。海苔には牛のイラストと「KOBE BEEF」の文字が誇らしげに刻まれています。
先ずはスープをひと口。舌触りがまろやかで、口に含むと同時に牛の旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。とっても美味しいです。
麺は好みの細めのストレート。茹で加減の指定はできませんでしたが柔らかすぎないプツンした歯切れ感と麦の風味の良いとても美味しい麺です。とっても気に入りました。
トッピングの「ぼっかけ」は神戸っ子にはお馴染みの牛スジこんにゃく。甘辛くて濃ゆい味付けながら牛肉の旨味がたっぷり味わえます。ぼっかけマシがあればいいのになぁって思いながら大切に食べました。
その他のトッピング、味玉は絶妙な半熟加減としっかり染み込んだ味付け、おネギはシャキっと。海苔はスープに沈めてから麺と一緒にいただきました。
とてもバランスが良くて美味しい逸品。美味しくてあっという間の完食です。量的にはよく食べる男性には少し物足りないかもしれませんのでセットをお勧めします。
