神戸牛の特徴が舌で分かるほど何度も食べたことはないのでよく分かりませんでしたが、お肉は美味しかったです。
セットのスープが牛肉のスープで、最後の方は胡椒？が濃くて飲みきれませんでした。内容は日替わりのようです。個人的にはもう少し野菜系のあっさりしたスープがよかったです。
