I got "today's rare part" menu which included a soup, salad, rice, dessert and "kobe beef apperitif".
The meat was tender, juicy and flavorful. It was served with a demi-glace sauce and veggies. They also give instructions on how to eat it with wasabi, soy sauce, salt and garlic. My favorite combo was wasabi and soy sauce.
The service was perfect and the staff was very mindful of my needs (I was filming the whole experience). They play classical music which sets a fancy mood.
I recommend and would definitely come back.
