2人で神戸牛の赤身と極上赤身の2種類にしてもらい食べ比べをしました。赤身はさっぱりしつつお肉の味はしっかりしていて、極上赤身はほんのり脂がのっていてお肉の甘みもあり、神戸牛を十分堪能できる内容でした。
