本日15時、予約なしで来店。 対応したのは「よし」というマネージャー(店長?)。 こちらは日本語がネイティブレベルで話せ横浜の超大手で3年以上働いています。 にもかかわらず、まるで「何だこの客?」と言わんばかりの視線を向け、メニューを渡しただけで他のテーブルへ。 英語で話しかけ、写真まで撮ってあげる至れり尽くせりな接客。 こちらには最低限のサービスのみ。注文の時もずっと怪訝な目つき。 さらに、後から予約なしで入ってきた英語客4名は、メニューをチラ見してすぐ出て行ったのに私より手厚い対応。 食べ終えて1分もしないうちに皿を下げられ、「早く出て行け」と言われているようでした。 前のお客さんの会計では楽しそうに世間話していたのに、私の番では一言もなし。 明らかに外国観光客=大歓迎、という。 ここまで露骨な温度差接客は日本、人生初。 友人にも、同僚にも、誰にも絶対勧めません。 (Translated by Google) I arrived at 3pm today without a reservation.
