We chanced upon this small restaurant in the basement of the Parco mall. The atmosphere looked good, the food fresh and the staff spoke English, so we went in. And while the portions were slightly smaller than what we'd expected, I think it's more of a Japan thing and not a reflection on this restaurant itself. Our servers were polite, and we were seated efficiently after a short wait. I ordered the Tokyo Blues draft and it was super good. The garlic friend rice along with the shabhu shanu was super oishi! Overall a great afternoon meal in a pleasant place. Recommend strongly for a quick bite if you're in the area.
