Extremely disappointed with the experience. I was looking forward to dining here during my trip, but the experience was unacceptable. The quality of the staff was very poor, and their attitude was unprofessional. The food was overpriced and of low quality, and the overall atmosphere was noisy and unpleasant. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not return.

When I asked what the problem was I got no coherent answer as and I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years and know how they operate example: each table is severed together unless it is a complex dish. I never got a resolution hope they fix this in the future.

Average food, the Kobe beef was not excellent. The service was confusing, either too fast or too slow, they told us only kirin was on tap while removing the menu.. It's in the mall so there is loud music playing as well. Not recommended.
