The sukiyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba (with rice) were all amazing, and everything tasted fresh and well-made. Our server spoke great English and was genuinely friendly, and huge kudos to the chef—we truly enjoyed the whole experience. I honestly don’t get the low ratings about rude customer service, because the service we received was excellent. Kani-san was wonderful! This is a nice little place under the Shinsaibashi Parco. First time having Kobe beef and it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

We had shrimp and Kobe beef okonomiyaki. They were delicious and so reasonably priced. Our server Kani was excellent. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. We also appreciated her English.

Food was super yummy. We ordered the yakisoba kobe beef, okonomiyaki kobe beef, and fried garlic rice kobe beef. The meat was super tender and melted in my mouth. Each of our dishes came in a hot iron plate. Kani was our server and she was super sweet.
