未だにに本社から返信ないし会社ぐるみでヤバそうです。

またまたパルコでびっくり店に出会いました。
一年ほど前に初めて伺った際のお食事、スタッフさんの印象が良くて再訪しましたが、
いやあ、参った参った。
昼呑み二件目でちょっとお肉食べたいねと
麦と大地に入りました。
スタッフさんは女性1.男性3(ホール2.焼き手1or2)
で案内してくれたのは高身長のおじさま。この方は感じよかったです。
メニューをみたら、ハンバーグが食べたかったのでランチタイムメニューのハンバーグステーキに、op目玉焼き、opチーズ
あとは厚切り牛タンランチに。
ハンバーグはおそらく鉄板で生肉から焼くだろうから待つな、と覚悟してましたが、オーダー時にスタッフさんから『時間かかりますがよろしいでしょうか?』とか『今オーダーが立て込んでいてお時間頂戴しますがご了承頂けますでしょうか?』と事前アナウンスもないまま、待たされる事、30分暫し。
で、やっと来たお料理をみて、唖然。
こんな小さなハンバーグによう30分も掛けれたな。拍手モンw 5分で焼けるやろw
写真を見て頂いたら一目瞭然ですね。
牛タンは切れ端のさらに切れ端ですか?だしハンバーグもしょぼぼぼぼーん。
あまりに酷くて一緒に行った人と目を見合わせて沈黙の時間が発生、、、。
お料理があんなのしか出せないならせめて
接客よくすればいいのに、メッシュいれた背の高い僕ちゃんは声も態度もやる気ない。もともと無愛想な顔ならちっとはニコリくらいするべき。
だし、レジに来た細いメガネ掛けた人は、すいませんでした、もなく、おつりだす間も無言。
正直接客業向いてない...。
対人以外の仕事した方がいいかと。
テーブルはご飯粒やらソースの塊があったり、お箸入れているケースにはお箸が入っていた袋が放置されていたり、お客さんの場所でそれなんだから、厨房の不衛生さは想像に易いですよね。おしぼりも言ったから出てきましたが
外国人には出してないみたいでヤバすぎる。
おじさまスタッフさんと女性スタッフさんは普通でした。
と、以前書いたこれまたパルコのサラダランチも酷いし、パルコさん、きちんと抜き打ちした方がいいんじゃないですか?詐欺に等しい。
外国人相手になるとあんな酷いもの出せるんだ、とびっくりのお店でした。
投稿する時に気づきましたがランチで

つまりはその程度の店です。
自分も接客業をしている為、厳しい書き方に
なりますが、余りに酷い場合も、素晴らしかった場合も、そのままを書いています。

切れ端の切れ端は5切れはありますw
あれに1500円はないわ、正直返金対象レベル!)

こちらの電話番号まで記載したものを問い合わせフォームから三日間に渡り一通ずつ繰り返し送信していますが、全て無視されてます。

すいません、すいません、だけでのれんに腕押し。大丈夫かw
吉祥吉にもこちらから電話し、エリアマネジャーと直接話しましたら『定期的に見てるんですけどね、、、』と仰ってましたが、あの詐欺飯を知らないはずないw
100歩譲ってエリアマネジャーさんがいる時はメニュー写真のを出していたとしても、やばい。どちらにせよ、やばい店には変わりないですね...
パルコにもガッカリ。はあああ。

I came across another surprising restaurant at Parco.
I returned because I had a good impression of the food and staff when I first visited about a year ago,
but wow, I was blown away.
Looking for a second stop for lunch drinks and something to eat, I decided to go to Mugi to Daichi.
There were one female and three male staff members (two waiters and one or two grillers).
The person who guided me was a tall older man. He was very nice.
Looking at the menu, I decided I wanted a hamburger, so I ordered the hamburger steak from the lunchtime menu, with a fried egg and cheese on top.
I also ordered the thick-cut beef tongue lunch.
I was prepared to wait, knowing the hamburger would probably be cooked fresh on a hot plate, but when I ordered, the staff member said, "It'll take a while, is that okay?" and "We're currently very busy with orders, so it will take a while, is that okay?" without any prior notice. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes.
When my food finally arrived, I was stunned.
