Ate the Sirloin set meal and WOW. Words cannot describe the flavor in every bite. Paired with a yuzu sauce salad and various sauce spreads to give you a selection on how you want to enjoy the meat. Very friendly staff. The chef was kind enough to help me make a recording while he was cooking the steak.
