Overall, it was a good experience. Excellent service in a quite place hidden away from the hustle and bustle in the basement of an impressive building. I took a star off because the grilled Kobe beef was a bit tough and chewy. For a $100 meal in Japan one would hope for more. I had better steaks in other countries.
